I recently visited this organization to get some help for my grandmother, and I was really pleased with the support I received. The staff was friendly and very informative. They provided me with useful pamphlets about various programs available for seniors. My only suggestion would be to have more staff available during peak hours, as I did have to wait a little longer than expected. Nevertheless, I left feeling positive about my grandmother's options. I would definitely recommend their services!
